This committee reviews all proposed modifications to the exterior of all homes and properties in Sunset Greens.  If you have a proposed change you must fill out a ARC form and forward it to Taylor Management who will log it and send it to the committee.  The committee will schedule an appointment and review the project with the homeowner.

To apply for a change please read the guidelines below and then print out the check list.  In cases where there may be some impact on one or more neighbor, you need to have them sign off on Neighbor Agreement Form which needs to be included in you application.
