Have you noticed the patch of artificial grass by the front gate? It's part of a test of how it holds up with no maintenance. The test will run for a year and will help evaluate where it can work in our climate. Some homeowners have installed it in their yards. It's a great way to save water. Take a look, what do you think?
With the cold weather, the lawns are dormant for the winter and some of the plants are showing signs of frost damage. Kokopelli is currently cutting grass every other week and using the extra time to trim plants and remove dead plants (which will be replaced in the spring). If you have a landscape problem, call or email Taylor Management and they'll make up a work sheet to correct the problem.
